Guiding with wisdom, experience, and vision

Message from the Patron

It is with immense pride and purpose that I extend my warmest greetings on behalf of the SAARC Federation of Oncologists – Nepal (SFON). Since its establishment in 2001, SFON has remained committed to uniting oncology professionals across Nepal and the broader SAARC region. The society has officially completed its registration and is now entering a new phase of structured growth that invites all cancer specialists, researchers, and healthcare allies to join hands in advancing multidisciplinary oncology practice.

SFON stands on the pillars of collaboration, education, research, and ethics. Our mission is to foster professional exchange among oncologists, radiologists, surgeons, palliative care experts, pathologists, nurses, and all stakeholders involved in cancer care. By working together, we can create an environment where patients benefit from integrated treatment approaches and professionals thrive through shared learning and regional cooperation.
